Orana Management LLC (“Orana”) provides the Orana Practice Console, a secure web application used by participating dental practices. Only people invited by a participating practice can use it.

Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive only basic sign-in information: your Google account identifier, email address, whether it is verified, your Google Workspace domain, and when you last signed in. We do not access your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, contacts or other Google data.

How we use it. Only to confirm you are an invited member of your practice, to secure your session (including requiring a recent sign-in before patient information is shown), and to keep security records of sign-ins and access. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising, and we share it only with service providers that host and secure the application, or where required by law.

Patient information belongs to the dental practice and is processed on its behalf under a Business Associate Agreement.
